SaveMart supports the Food Bank year-round, helping thousands of people in our community. Each year they host a holiday Turkey Drive in November, provide their customers the opportunity to round up their totals in support of the Food Bank, and host an annual Peanut Butter Drive in May. In addition,  in March 2020 they gifted us with emergency pallets of food to feed Nevada County at the beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak. A million thanks to SaveMart!

BriarPatch has assisted us year-round, donating fresh produce for us to distribute! As well as, bringing us hardworking and enthusiastic volunteers. BriarPatch offers discounts for those who do help us out. We appreciate you so much BriarPatch!

The Safeway Foundation's Nourishing Neighbors program for the grant that solely sponsored our Summer Lunch Program 2021. A grant that allowed us to serve the children of Nevada County healthy lunches all summer.

Thank you, Placer Food Bank, for working with us to ensure that residents of both Nevada and Placer County have access to food when they need it all year.   They also provided weekend meal bags for every summer lunch recipient (2022), for the entirety of the program. 

We, at The Food Bank of Nevada County, are extremely thankful and appreciative to Cherokee Tires for donating new tires for our trucks as well as their time to drive up from Sacramento to install them. Thank you for helping us help our community!

Pacific Gas and Electric Company continue to gift us with multiple grants to support us, and Nevada County as a whole, during the power outages. We are so appreciative!

The Rotary Club of Grass Valley very considerately gifted us with a new power jack for our warehouse. This significantly aids with our process and we are filled with gratitude. Thank you so much!

Being our largest food donor, UNFI makes our weekly distributions happen. Without UNFI, we wouldn't be able to feed all that we do. We are so incredibly thankful for all of their help. Thank you UNFI!
