OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE
The Food Bank of Nevada County is hiring an Operations Associate.
The Operations Associate plays a key role in ensuring safe, efficient food transportation and accurate compliance with food distribution programs.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role oversees fleet vehicle maintenance and safety protocols, coordinates routing for pickups and mobile distributions, and supports TEFAP (The Emergency Food Assistance Program) compliance and data tracking at smaller distributions.
The Operations Associate also assists with onboarding volunteer drivers, scheduling routes, and collaborating with warehouse and operations staff to ensure timely delivery of TEFAP and CalFoods items.
